The Sabbath Day
Exodus 31:12-17
And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying, “And you, speak to the children of Yisra’ĕl, saying, ‘My Sabbaths you are to guard, by all means, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, to know that I, יהוה, am setting you apart. And you shall guard the Sabbath, for it is set-apart to you. Everyone who profanes it shall certainly be put to death, for anyone who does work on it, that being shall be cut off from among his people. Six days work is done, and on the seventh is a Sabbath of rest, set-apart to יהוה. Everyone doing work on the Sabbath day shall certainly be put to death. And the children of Yisra’ĕl shall guard the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations as an everlasting covenant. Between Me and the children of Yisra’ĕl it is a sign forever. For in six days יהוה made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day He rested and was refreshed.’ ”
Yahawah (יהוה) has declared that the Sabbath day is on the 7th day of the week. It is to be honored and guarded forever. The 7th day is a day of rest, set-apart to spend time with Yahawah. The seventh day in our calendar is Saturday. Why are the churches or ministries having the sabbath day on the first day (Sunday) of the week instead? It is considered an abomination unto Yahawah. Anyone who breaks His everlasting covenant or law shall be put to death.
Who changed the Sabbath Day to the first day of the week, Sunday?
Per history, it was the Roman Emperor Constantine who had changed and ordained the Sabbath to be the first day of the week. Man had broken the everlasting covenant by changing Yah's law.
Isaiah 24:4-6
The earth shall mourn and wither, the world shall languish and wither, the haughty people of the earth shall languish. For the earth has been defiled under its inhabitants, because they have transgressed the Torot, changed the law, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore a curse shall consume the earth, and those who dwell in it be punished. Therefore the inhabitants of the earth shall be burned, and few men shall be left.

Jeremiah 8:7b - 10b
“But My people do not know the right-ruling of יהוה. How do you say, ‘We are wise, and the Torah of יהוה is with us’? But look, the false pen of the scribe has worked falsehood. The wise shall be put to shame, they shall be broken down and caught. See, they have rejected the Word of יהוה, so what wisdom do they have? From the prophet to the priest, all act falsely.”

Roman Emperor Constantine was a pagan believer and a follower of the gods, Apollo and Mithra. He was tired of the constant wars between the Jews and pagan believers. It was draining the Roman’s finances and soldiers. He called the 70 elders for a meeting at Nicaea. Eighty percent of the council he formed were pagan believers of different gods. Only twenty percent were of the Jewish faith. They wanted to create a Gospel of Peace among all men.
Thus, they put together documents to create a Holy Bible for both pagans and true believers. They paganized every Jewish name out of hatred, for the Jews, and removed Yahawah’s Name. They replaced His Name with titles, making it universal for all gods and lords of whomever anyone wishes to worship and follow through the Bible. Everything in the Bible, all can agree about their gods and lords. Emperor Constantine became the first Bishop of Rome with a title called Pontifex Maximus, which means Bishop of all bishops. He ordained and changed the Sabbath Day to the first day of the week, which is Sunday.
Why did he change the Sabbath Day to Sunday?
It was changed to appease all pagan believers. Their gods/goddesses were solar deities. Their main god is sun god/deity. So, Sun-day became the day of worship for their sun deities. They worshiped the sun as their god. The Jews wanted to keep the peace also. Thus, they agreed and compromised to the altering of the names and laws.
Ezekiel 8:6, 16
“And He said to me, “Son of man, do you see what they are doing, the great abominations which the house of Yisra’ĕl are doing here, driving Me away from My set-apart place? And you are to see still greater abominations.” And He brought me into the inner court of the House of יהוה. And there, at the door of the Hĕḵal of יהוה, between the porch and the altar, were about twenty-five men with their backs toward the Hĕḵal of יהוה and their faces toward the east, and they were bowing themselves eastward to the sun.”

All who gathered for worship on Sundays are a part of this abomination, knowingly or unknowingly. This is shocking news, I know. However, the Father has commanded through His Word/Torah that the Sabbath day of worship is to be on the 7th day of the week as the eternal covenant. He rested and blessed the 7th day, not the 1st day! Everyone is commanded to follow this command no matter what.
The 7th day Sabbath, His everlasting commands, and festivals will still continue to practice when the New Jerusalem arrives. If you don’t know them, how can you partake in them? Would the Father allow such a one that breaks His covenant and not following His commands, but instead to follow the commands of men to enter into His Kingdom?
The churches and ministries wonder why they are losing people, have few, or dying. This is the reason. They have not obeyed and follow Yah's Torah. Torah means instructions, teachings, commandments, etc. Therefore, death has come upon the disobedience of churches and ministries. Father will not bless those who are not a follower and breaker of His Torah.
Here is an interesting and awesome piece of information about the Torah. In Hebrew text, the first letter of the first word is B for Bereshit (Bair-ray-sheet), which means beginning or Genesis. The last letter of the last word is the letter L for Israel. The Hebrew letter of B can also be used as a V. So, when those two letters put together, LV, it means heart in Hebrew. The Torah is the heart of the Father! He reveals His heart to us through His teachings.
Another surprising piece of information is the English word for love also have LV in it.
The Hebrew B/V is called a Beit, which means a tent or house. The Hebrew L is called a Lamed, which means a shepherd’s staff. A shepherd’s staff is used to guide the sheep. A tent or house could mean individual, temple, or Israel: representing a heart. Yah uses His staff, which is His Torah, to guide the heart of the individual, temple, or Israel. Torah represents or reveals the Heart of Yah. For, in it, He gives His commands, teachings, and instructions from His love. He gave Himself of who He is through the Torah: His very heart! We were made to be in the likeness of His image.

And Hashem (“The Name” revering to Yah) said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. … And Hashem created man in His image, in the image of Hashem He created him; male and female He created them.
So, when we are following His Torah, we are following His Heart through our heart! Walking or living His Torah reveals the love of Yah’s Heart as a Light to all the world. We become His representatives to the nations through His Torah.
When King Saul disobeyed the command of Yah, his kingdom was stripped from him. He lost his kingship.
1 Samuel 13:13-14
And Shemu’ĕl said to Sha’ul, “You have been foolish. You have not guarded the command of יהוה your Elohim, which He commanded you. For now יהוה would have established your reign over Yisra’ĕl forever. But now, your reign is not going to stand. יהוה shall seek for Himself a man after His own heart, and יהוה shall command him to be leader over His people, because you have not guarded what יהוה commanded you.”
Not only did King Saul lost his kingship, but also lost his anointing. This is an example to everyone and the churches/ministries that do not follow His Torah.
This revelation about the Torah is the Heart of Yah is revealed in Acts 13:22-24:
And having removed him (King Saul), He raised up for them Dawiḏ as sovereign, to whom also He gave witness and said, ‘I have found Dawiḏ the son of Yishai, a man after My own heart, who shall do all My desires.’ From this one’s seed, according to the promise, Elohim raised up for Yisra’ĕl a Saviour, יהושע, after Yoḥanan had first proclaimed the immersion of repentance to all the people of Yisra’ĕl, before His coming.
Yah said that David was a man after His own heart. David was a lover of Yah’s Torah. He wrote many Psalms about Yah’s Torah. Because of David’s profound love for Yah and His Torah, Yah anointed David to be king. David became a King of Righteousness for the people of Israel. However, because King David sinned against Yah’s commands, Yah created His Son, Yahawash through King David's seed to be an eternal King of Israel/Jew. Yahawash is the Heart of Yah!
John 1:1-2, 14
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with Elohim, and the Word was Elohim. He was in the beginning with Elohim. And the Word became flesh and pitched His tent among us, and we saw His esteem, esteem as of an only brought-forth of a father, complete in favour and truth.
1 John 1:1-2
What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life: And the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and announce to you that everlasting life which was with the Father and was manifested to us.
Torah is the Word of Life: the Light of men. Therefore, Yahawash (Jesus) is the Torah!
John 5:46
“For if you believed Mosheh, you would have believed Me, since he wrote about Me."
John 1:4
In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.
Warnings to those who disobeys
Hosea 4:6-10
“My people have perished for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being priest for Me. Since you have forgotten the Torah of your Elohim, I also forget your children. As they were increased, so they sinned against Me. My esteem they have changed into shame. They eat the sin of My people, and lift up their desire to their crookedness. And it shall be: like people, like priest. And I shall punish them for their ways, and reward them for their deeds. And they shall eat but not be satisfied, they shall whore but not increase, for they have stopped obeying יהוה.”
When the churches or ministries fail to teach Yah's Torah and the Jewish festivals, they sinned against Yah. Instead, they share the teachings and commandments of men, and the sin increased among the disobedience. Yah punishes and chastised the disobedience of His people, including the churches/ministries. When they don’t follow or teach the Torah, Yah will reject them from being His priests and forget their children. Be not deceived — Yah will not bless the ministries that will not teach His Torah and festivals He commanded.
I hate to admit or bring to attention that churches and ministries are not doing what they ought. Many are blind to the truth. The blind leading the blind to the ditch. They are deceived without realizing it.

If anyone thinks that he knows somewhat, he does not yet know as he should know.
Matthew 15:13-14
“Every plant which My heavenly Father has not planted shall be uprooted. Leave them alone. They are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind leads the blind, both shall fall into a ditch.”
Luke 13:25-27
“When once the Master of the house has risen up and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, ‘Master, Master, open for us,’ and He shall answer and say to you, ‘I do not know you, where you are from,’ then you shall begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets.’ But He shall say, ‘I say to you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of unrighteousness.’ “
(Unrighteousness is disobedience to His Torah and festivals.)
Matthew 7: 21-23
Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Master, Master,’ shall enter into the reign of the heavens, but he who is doing the desire of My Father in the heavens. Many shall say to Me in that day, ‘Master, Master, have we not prophesied in Your Name, and cast out demons in Your Name, and done many mighty works in Your Name?’ “And then I shall declare to them, ‘I never knew you, depart from Me, you who work lawlessness!”
(Lawlessness is Torah-lessness.)
Why is there a division of the Bible?
The English Bible is divided into two different testaments: Old and New. Not only that Old and New are an odd choice of words to use, but a “testament”. Testament is perceived as a will. A will is ineffective until the death of the owner. Well, Yahawah certainly has not died. He is still alive. Therefore, it cannot be called Old & New Testaments. He does reveal His will, but there is no such thing as Old or New will to Yah. His word remains the same yesterday, today, and forever more.
Although the entire Bible reveals His will, it is also a revelation of His eternal covenant. Covenant is an agreement. His covenants are definitely not old or new. They are the same as yesterday, today, and forever.
Hebrews 13:7-8
Remember those leading you, who spoke the Word of Elohim to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their belief. יהושע Messiah is the same yesterday, and today, and forever.
There shouldn’t be any division or section in the Bible. Perhaps, the entire Bible should be called The Inspired Scriptures and Covenant. With the Tanakh, Major and Minor Prophet Writings, Psalms, Proverbs, Gospels of Yahawash, Apostle Writings, and Revelation.
The pagan believers had cleverly devised a deception when creating the English Bible. Not only did they Romanized and Hellenized the Jewish names and removed Yah’s Name, but they wanted to call Yah's Torah as Old Testament as if it has ceased and no longer applied today. They wanted to live as they pleased, to fulfill the lust of their flesh. So, they created another section and called it the New Testament.
Cleverly and deceitfully, they developed the idea that the Torah no longer applied through the death of Jesus Christ and called it the New Testament. Isn’t it how everyone is living today? Living in and abusing their freedom apart from Yah's Torah? Sadly, the generations of our era are completely undisciplined, because of our failure to comply with Yah's Torah.
Romans 3:23
for all have sinned and fall short of the esteem of Elohim
Yahawash did not come to abolish the Torah, but to complete it so that the death certificate would be removed from us, which was demanded by the law of penalty. However, we are still to obey the Torah out of love and obedience for Yah. His Spirit within us empowers us to live the Torah, unto righteousness before Yah. Living blameless before Him.
Genesis 17:1
“I am Yahawah Almighty. Walk in My ways and be blameless.”
It is a command to walk in His ways: not man’s ways. When one walks in man’s ways, one will be found guilty before Yah for not obeying His Torah.
What happens when His commands are not followed or obeyed?
Ephesians 4:14, 5:6-7
that we should no longer be children, tossed and borne about by every wind of teaching, by the trickery of men, in cleverness, unto the craftiness of leading astray. Let no one deceive you with empty words for because of these the wrath of Elohim comes upon the sons of disobedience. Therefore do not become partakers with them.
Deuteronomy 17:2-5
“When there is found in your midst, in any of your cities which יהוה your Elohim is giving you, a man or a woman who does what is evil in the eyes of יהוה your Elohim, in transgressing His covenant, and has gone and served other mighty ones and bowed down to them, or to the sun or to the moon or to any of the host of the heavens, which I have not commanded, and it has been made known to you and you have heard, and has searched diligently. Then see, if true: the matter is confirmed that such an abomination has been done in Yisra’ĕl, then you shall bring out to your gates that man or woman who has done this evil matter, and you shall stone to death that man or woman with stones.”
Acts 7:42a
So Elohim turned and gave them up to worship the host of the heaven
When the churches or ministries are disobedient to follow His Torah and obey and follow man’s commands instead, then Yah will turn His back and give them up to worship the host of the heaven. He will not correct them, for they know about the Sabbath Day from the Old Testament. Yet, they still chose to be disobedient to His command about the everlasting covenant regarding His Sabbath. He will not force them to correct their ways, but rather to do His ways out of their love for Him.
John 15:10
“If you guard My commands, you shall stay in My love, even as I have guarded My Father’s commands and stay in His love.”

Revelations 3:15-16
“I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I would that you were cold or hot. So, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I am going to vomit you out of My mouth.”
You cannot run the ministry for Yah and expect blessings from Him by following and promoting man's doctrine and teachings. It is lukewarm to Yah! Either be cold or hot for Him, and cannot be both.
Revelations 3:17-19
“Because you say, ‘Rich I am, and I am made rich, and need none at all,’ and do not know that you are wretched, and pitiable, and poor, and blind, and naked. I advise you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, so that you become rich; and white garments, so that you become dressed, so that the shame of your nakedness might not be shown; and anoint your eyes with ointment, so that you see. As many as I love, I reprove and discipline. So be ardent and repent.”
When the churches or ministries walk in the spirit of truth in accordance to Yah’s Torah will be like gold refined in the fire: becoming rich in His commands, teachings, and instructions. His words wash us clean, and will be found blameless before Him in a white garment.
John 15:1-8
“I am the true vine, and My Father is the gardener. Every branch in Me that bears no fruit He takes away. And every branch that bears fruit He prunes, so that it bears more fruit. You are already clean because of the Word which I have spoken to you. Stay in Me, and I stay in you. As the branch is unable to bear fruit of itself, unless it stays in the vine, so neither you, unless you stay in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who stays in Me, and I in him, he bears much fruit. Because without Me you are able to do naught! If anyone does not stay in Me, he is thrown away as a branch and dries up. And they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. If you stay in Me, and My Words stay in you, you shall ask whatever you wish, and it shall be done for you. In this My Father is esteemed, that you bear much fruit, and you shall be My taught ones.”
If you stay in Me, My Words (Commands/Torah) stay in you. When the ministry follows the traditions of men, they are not in Yah and His Torah does not stay in them. A ministry can't say they follow Yah if they're operating apart from Yah's Torah. If a ministry follows the ways and commands of Yah, it will bear much fruit in the ministry. Yahawash says He is the true vine: His true vine is His Torah. Apart from His Torah, the ministry cannot grow or bear much fruit. Father is the Gardener who will bless the ministry that walks in His Torah, for they will be His taught ones.
Malachi 3:6
“For I am יהוה, I shall not change”
Father does not change nor break His commands. Men do. They broke His covenant through disobedience and changing Yah’s commands and ordinances.
2 Thessalonians 2:11-12
And for this reason Elohim sends them a working of delusion, for them to believe the falsehood, in order that all should be judged who did not believe the truth, but have delighted in the unrighteousness.
2 Thessalonians 2:3
Let no one deceive you in any way
Let no man deceive you into breaking Yah’s Torah in any ways. Man may provide reasons to break His Torah which seems good to them, but their reasoning is in vain to Yah.
Romans 1:18-21
For the wrath of Elohim is revealed from heaven against all wickedness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because that which is known of Elohim is manifest among them, for Elohim has manifested it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible qualities have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, both His everlasting power and Mightiness, for them to be without excuse, because, although they knew Elohim, they did not esteem Him as Elohim, nor gave thanks, but became vain in their reasonings, and their undiscerning heart was darkened.
Isaiah 55:7-9
Let the wrong forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts. Let him return to יהוה, who has compassion on him, and to our Elohim, for He pardons much. “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways,” declares יהוה. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.
Isaiah 55:10-11
“For as the rain comes down, and the snow from the heavens, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, and give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so is My Word that goes forth from My mouth – it does not return to Me empty, but shall do what I please, and shall certainly accomplish what I sent it for."
His commands/Torah will not return to Him empty, which shall please Him, for they will certainly accomplish everything it was commanded to do. His commands and rulings prosper, not man’s.
Romans 3:23
for all have sinned and fall short of the esteem of Elohim (Yah).
Esteem means respect and admiration, typically for a person. For all have disobeyed and fall short of the respect and admiration of Yah.
Conclusion:
When I realized how much we have been deceived, my heart was grieved. Through our deceptions of teaching and guiding, we produce more deceptions with others. Deceptions upon deceptions.
When Eve was deceived by the Serpent, Adam was also deceived through Eve. This is likewise with the churches and ministries that are not a follower and teacher of Yah’s Torah and His festivals. Deceptions spread through many. The blind leading the blind into a ditch (hell). The words of Yah, that they will hear, will tell them that He knows them not.
This is the work of Babylon: man’s ways and thoughts are higher or better than Yah. They see themselves above Yah. So, they break His Torah and do the very opposite of His heart!
Yah blesses those who are after His Heart: His Torah! The churches or ministries that are after His own Heart, will certainly prosper in many ways they can count. Abraham was blessed greatly with wealth for being a believer and follower of Yah and His Torah. Abraham was also a man after Yah’s own heart, just like King David. King David and Solomon were greatly blessed also with their richness. They love His Torah: Yah’s Heart. Moses had millions of Hebrews with him for His obedience of Yah's Torah.
Be not deceived; instead be sober in the truth of Yah and His Word. Repent and start following His commandments through His Torah. Bring back the Sabbath to the 7th day of the week, as it is His desire. Stop making excuses for breaking His Heart.
What also grieves me is that I noticed men are changing Sunday to be the last day of the week. This will be the ultimate trick of Satan for the newer generations: to worship Sun-day as the sun deity instead of Yah. Pray for the newer generations. Start teaching the Truth of Yah, His Torah, and His festivals today! Take back what man are destroying from Yah. Bring back Yah’s Heart into the family, community, and ministry.
Isaiah 56:1-2, 4-7
Thus said יהוה, “Guard right-ruling, and do righteousness, for near is My deliverance to come, and My righteousness to be revealed. Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who lays hold on it, guarding the Sabbath lest he profane it, and guarding his hand from doing any evil." For thus said יהוה, “To the eunuchs who guard My Sabbaths, and have chosen what pleases Me, and hold fast to My covenant: to them I shall give in My house and within My walls a place and a name better than that of sons and daughters – I give them an everlasting name that is not cut off. Also the sons of the foreigner who join themselves to יהוה, to serve Him, and to love the Name of יהוה, to be His servants, all who guard the Sabbath, and not profane it, and hold fast to My covenant – them I shall bring to My set-apart mountain, and let them rejoice in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their slaughterings are accepted on My altar, for My house is called a house of prayer for all the peoples.”
The 7th day Sabbath was created for the gathering of all His children to worship Him. It is the day Yah rested and blessed, and likewise His people. Yahawah will not bless the homes, churches, ministries, and individuals that are His covenant breakers.
2 John 6
And this is the love, that we walk according to His commands. This is the command, that as you have heard from the beginning, you should walk in it.
Command from the beginning is Yah's Torah!
